Today Sharon has a fun challenge. Get inspired Julie Koerber is HOT!!! Julie's blog is Out to Impress. Impress she does. I love Julie's style so elegant and clean. So today we all get inspired by Julie. One thing you will notice is Julie loves red. The DT all used red in our cards today. Julie has so many gorgeous cards it's hard to pick just one, however this is one of my favorites!! Congrats Julie, you really are HOT!! See how Julie inspired the other designers:) Tammy

WT 181 Simply Stated Using Prisma Color Pencils

Good Morning! Today's Way To Use It challenge is using colored pencils. I found this cool frame at the dollar store. I stamped the wood with Memento Tuxedo Black ink using one of the stamps from Pollen Dust ( Fancypants Designs ) Inside the frame I used the Simply Stated stamp set also from Fancypants Designs. The image is colored using Prisma Color Pencils and baby oil. My inspiration for coloring is Ila I can get lost in her dreamy cards. One day I hope I can color like that!! You have to see to believe just how gorgeous her cards are. Grab a cup of coffee and be prepared to stay for a while. Here's her blog!!

JBE DT Challenge Casing Erin

Good Morning! Today's challenge for Jacksonbelle's DT is to case Erin

Erin has a wonderful blog. She loves designer paper and just about every stamp company on the planet:) I'm sure you will find something inspiring from her blog. I picked this card to case. I really loved this card the layout, colors and image. I changed everything but the layout.

KSS Butterfly Another Dollar Store Find

Good Morning! I hope you had a great weekend. Today I want to share this cute little purse I found at the dollar store. If you find these they will have a huge cheap flower in the center:) Just heat it with your heat tool and remove it. I used the 3-Step Butterfly from Kitchen Sink Stamps. The words are from the Vintage Words set also Kitchen Sink Stamps. I totally love this. I hope you do too:)

SSNOTIME #49 Foreground/ Background

Hi there! Happy Friday:) Today Sharon's Stamp Simply is Foreground/ Background. Well this has certainly been a challenge for me. I haven't felt well for several days and that must explain why I just couldn't get this card right. Holy Cow...seriously who drops a marker on a finished panel? That would be me!! Not willing to start over I had to find a way to cover the boo boo. That would be where you see the half oval!! Don't you know I couldn't get a good picture of the card. So anyway here it is.

I used Simply Stated by Fancypants Designs. The background was stamped with Versa Mark. The main image was stamped with Black Stazon. I colored this with color pencils and markers.

SC190 Beautiful Butterfly

Hi there! I made this card for the SC190 yesterday. I used the new 3-Step Butterfly from Kitchen Sink Stamps for this card. The designer paper is from Black Market Paper Society. I used Real Red, Cranberry Crisp, and Black ink on the butterfly.

KSS Shadowbox Frame

Good Morning! I thought I'd try something a bit different. I found this cool shadow box at the dollar store. At CHA I did a make and take using a kit from Kelly Panacci

The kit was huge so for this project I used some of the leftover papers and embellishments. The stamps are all Kitchen Sink Stamps. ( 3-Step Butterfly, Vintage Words, Playful Alphabet.

SSNOTIME #48 Take Two KSS Style!

Good Morning! Today Sharon has picked a fun challenge. Take Two...case yourself. I had a hard time picking a card to case from my gallery. Mainly because I really wanted to play with the 3- Step Autumn Squirrel set from Kitchen Sink Stamps. Next I wanted to use Bordering Blue cardstock since I haven't used it for a very long time. So what card did I make? Check it out!

Another Christmas Card This time Using Crafty Secrets

Hi There! While at ChA I met Sandy owner of Crafty Secrets. The samples in her booth were so beautiful!! I was really surprised that some of the samples were made using images from different Images & Journal Notes. For those of you like me that don't know what they are check them out here. Crafty Secrets also have some gorgeous stamp sets! Well Sandy gave me a booklet to take home and play with and this is what I made. This card turned out wonderful and it was so easy just cut out the image and go from there!

If you have seen my work in the past you know I love to make Chocolate Christmas cards. This image was perfect. I have several other cards in the works using images from this book, I will be posting them soon. Thank you Sandy for the wonderful booklet!!! It was really great meeting you:)
